The Essential Service is recommended every 3 to 9 months, depending on use. It includes everything from the Interim Service, plus:

• Your bicycle is stripped to the bottom bracket, excluding headset and hub bearings.

• Your chain and cassette are checked for wear and cleaned.

• Your chain and cassette are replaced if necessary.

• Your wheels are checked and trued

• Both wheel hubs are adjusted if necessary.

• We check and tighten the headset.

• Cables are checked and replaced if necessary.

• Brake pads are replaced if necessary.
